Saber Money provides a comprehensive ecosystem that enables businesses to seamlessly integrate onramp and offramp solutions, allowing their users to effortlessly convert between fiat and crypto. With powerful API and SDK solutions, Saber Money serves as a bridge between traditional finance and the rapidly evolving crypto landscape.
As an Account Manager within Saber Money, you will be the main point of contact for our clients, ensuring they gain maximum value from our onramp and offramp solutions. You will play a key role in driving client satisfaction, supporting the integration of our APIs and SDKs, understanding client needs, and identifying growth opportunities within each account. This role requires proactive communication, an understanding of fintech, and expertise in managing B2B relationships.
Client Relationship Management
Act as the primary contact for clients, focusing on understanding their needs and ensuring the effective use of Saber Money’s solutions.
Build and maintain long-term relationships by delivering high-quality service and helping clients achieve their business goals.
Account Planning & Growth
Identify and execute growth opportunities by aligning Saber Money’s solutions with client objectives.
Collaborate with internal teams to develop product recommendations that address specific client needs.
Onboarding & Integration Support
Guide clients through the onboarding process, ensuring smooth integration of Saber Money’s APIs and SDKs.
Provide technical support, in collaboration with product and engineering teams, to optimize clients’ use of Saber Money.
Performance Analysis & Reporting
Track account performance and prepare regular reports for clients, providing insights and recommendations.
Coordinate with clients to address issues or questions, ensuring high satisfaction and retention rates.
Cross-functional Collaboration
Partner with product, sales, and support teams to implement client feedback, refine processes, and enhance client success.
Serve as the client’s advocate within Saber Money, sharing client needs and priorities in product discussions.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
2+ years experience in account management, client success, or a related role, ideally in fintech, payments, or crypto.
Proficiency in analyzing account performance and metrics with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey complex information.
A proactive approach with a high level of accountability and attention to detail.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to evolving client needs.
[Preferred] Strong knowledge of crypto payments, B2B SaaS models, and the fintech landscape.
