Role Overview

We are looking for an Affiliate Operations Intern to support backend operations and execution for our partner ecosystem, including sub-brokers and trading schools.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day backend operations for the affiliate/partners team

• Own the lifecycle of newly onboarded partners — from onboarding to activation (first client onboarding)

• Coordinate with sub-brokers and trading schools to ensure smooth operations

• Drive daily communication across partner communities, groups, and 1:1 interactions

• Handle partner queries and coordinate with internal teams (customer support, ops) for resolution

• Identify operational bottlenecks impacting partner performance and activation

• Maintain and update data trackers for:

  • Leads

  • Prospects

  • Onboarded partners

  • Franchise partners
