Job Overview:


We are seeking a motivated and adaptable professional to drive banking partnerships, licensing, and liquidity operations for Mudrex and Saber.money. This role is critical in expanding global banking capabilities, building partnerships, and securing regulatory approvals to support our growth in the cryptocurrency and fintech space.

Key Responsibilities:

Banking and Crypto Partnerships:

  • Identify and build relationships with banking partners to support multi-currency operations.

  • Negotiate terms with banks and liquidity providers to optimize costs and improve operational efficiency.

  • Collaborate with financial institutions to enhance fiat-to-crypto and liquidity solutions.

  • Develop partnerships with stakeholders to expand our financial infrastructure and geographic reach.

Licensing and Compliance:

  • Assist in obtaining regulatory licenses and maintaining compliance with financial regulations.

  • Work with legal and compliance teams to ensure adherence to KYC, AML, and other regulatory frameworks.


Operational Management:


  • Manage liquidity operations by transferring fiat funds to crypto liquidity partners, executing trades with them, and directing crypto liquidity to designated destinations.

  • Support transaction reconciliation processes and ensure accuracy for audits and internal systems.

  • Analyze banking and partnership performance, providing actionable insights for improvement.

  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless implementation of banking and compliance projects.

Expansion Initiatives:

  • Contribute to the setup of new entities in key regions, such as Australia, to support global expansion.

  • Support the integration of new currencies and banking capabilities to enable wider user access.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to manage relationships with banks, regulators, and partners.

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to assess and optimize financial operations.

  • Sales or business development experience is a significant advantage.

  • Familiarity with banking, partnerships, or financial services is a plus but not mandatory.

  • Proactive problem-solving and the ability to handle multiple priorities effectively.
