What you’ll do here at Mudrex:

As a member of the engineering team, you will be responsible for building cutting-edge products in the crypto investment space. 


You will be

  • Working on micro-services written in Golang.

  • Writing clean, efficient, testable, and maintainable code (low #of bugs, optimized for performance)

  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop new features.

  • Reviewing the code of peers and guiding the team for good programming practices

  • Optimize the performance of Go code using best practices for service design patterns, concurrency, fault tolerance, benchmarking, and observability.

  • Building scalable and high-performance APIs

  • Troubleshooting and debugging issues in production environments

  • Writing unit-tested code

  • Owning features, visualizing its design drawbacks, and improvements, and helping drive the team toward fixing it.

  • Assumes Service Ownership of services (bug fixing, security, monitoring, alerting, adoption of new and removal of deprecated technologies, technology strategy and roadmaps, cost management, risk management, etc.)

  • Building products that interact with multiple blockchains behind the scenes.


What we are looking for in you:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)

  • 3-6 years of hands-on experience. (Preferably Golang or Python)

  • Experience with RESTful APIs, WebSocket, and Microservices

  • Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases such as MySQL, MongoDB, or PostgreSQL

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills


Brownie Points if you:

  • Have experience in Golang with an understanding of concurrency.

  • Written unit and integration tests (preferred in Golang)

  • Experience in working on blockchains. (Written smart contracts)

    • Basic understanding of how different L1/L2 chains work
