Saber.money specialises in providing instant fiat-to-crypto and crypto-to-fiat onramp and offramp services, focusing on regulatory adherence, tax compliance, and risk management.
As an Associate Product Manager (APM) at Mudrex, you’ll be at the forefront of driving growth and adoption for Saber.money and contributing to other Mudrex products. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product design, and growth, to build solutions that meet the needs of businesses integrating crypto payments.
On a day-to-day basis, you will:
Contribute to Product Strategy: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build and execute the product roadmap for Saber.money and Mudrex’s broader product ecosystem.
Client Engagement: Work directly with clients to understand their pain points, offering tailored solutions for onramping and offramping in crypto. Manage long-term relationships with clients and drive product adoption.
Data-Driven Product Management: Analyze product usage data and key metrics (KPIs) to assess performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and make data-backed product decisions.
Feature Development: Translate complex user and business needs into actionable product features, working with engineering and design teams to create functional, scalable, and intuitive products.
Product Growth & Expansion: Collaborate with business development, sales, and marketing teams to ensure product-market fit and support the scaling of the product in new markets.
Technical Problem Solving: Gain a deep understanding of crypto off-ramp and on-ramp functions, and assist clients with complex technical requirements while positioning the product as a solution for their business needs.
We’re seeking individuals who are persistent, detail-oriented, and passionate about building innovative products in the crypto space. Here’s what we’re looking for:
1+ years of relevant experience building B2B/B2C products (preferably in the fintech or crypto domains).
Strong product sense with a user-centric mindset and an ability to translate business and technical requirements into clear product features.
Excellent communication skills to effectively work with internal teams, external clients, and stakeholders at all levels.
Data-driven approach to product management, with the ability to analyze and act on performance metrics.
Problem-solving ability to simplify complex challenges and find actionable solutions.
A proven track record of thriving in fast-paced environments, managing multiple priorities, and making decisions based on limited data.
Experience in crypto products or platforms that support onramping/offramping.
Knowledge of investor-focused products or fintech solutions.
Prior experience working in client-facing roles, including client onboarding and relationship management.
Experience with data analysis, A/B testing, or growth metrics.
