We are looking for a strategic, hands-on Director - Marketing & Growth to lead Mudrex’s user acquisition, brand uplift, and community growth efforts. You will play a pivotal role in scaling our retail user base across India and beyond by building high-impact distribution channels, activating meaningful community engagement, and crafting a brand that users trust and love.

Key Responsibilities:

🚀 User Acquisition & Growth

  • Own and execute the multi-channel acquisition strategy (performance marketing, SEO, affiliates, influencers, product-led growth).

  • Identify and scale new distribution opportunities including partnerships, referral programs, and ecosystem collaborations.

  • Optimize user funnels for signups, KYC completion, and first trade — working closely with product and analytics teams.

📢 Brand & Positioning

  • Evolve Mudrex’s brand voice and narrative to reflect trust, compliance, and investor-first thinking.

  • Drive campaigns (digital, OOH, PR) that build top-of-mind awareness, especially in Tier 1–3 cities.

  • Manage brand collaborations, sponsorships, and moment-marketing campaigns (e.g., Bitcoin Pizza Day, Budget Day).

👥 Community & Advocacy

  • Expand and energize Mudrex’s retail investor community (Telegram, Discord, Twitter) through events, content, and support.

  • Build programs for creator/influencer engagement, local ambassadors, and regional language activation.

  • Turn superfans into advocates by rewarding loyalty and amplifying their voices.

📊 Marketing Operations & Analytics

  • Own marketing budget and ROI metrics across channels.

  • Lead a high-performing team across growth, content, creative, and community.

  • Continuously experiment, analyze, and iterate — using data to drive decisions and scale what works.

What We're Looking For:

  • 6–12 years of experience in growth, marketing, or digital leadership roles.

  • Prior experience in fintech, crypto, D2C, or a consumer internet company is a strong plus.

  • Deep understanding of India’s retail investor psyche, internet user behavior, and growth levers.

  • Proven track record of building channels from 0→1 and scaling them profitably.

  • Strong analytical mindset with comfort across CAC, LTV, ROI, funnel metrics.

  • Exceptional communication and leadership skills.
