What you’ll do here at Mudrex:
As an IT Team member, you will oversee the deployment and security configuration of end-user devices. You will ensure maximum system uptime through proactive maintenance and hardware lifecycle management. Additionally, you will coordinate the IT onboarding and offboarding processes, including the management of external vendors to ensure seamless transitions for all personnel.
What we are looking for in you:
At least 2-4 years of hands-on industry experience with IT administration.
Workspace Administration: Manage users, groups, drives, Implement policies, audit logs, AppSheet.
Identity Management: Configure and Secure LDAP/Active directory services for providing required access to the users.. Federate identities via SAML/SCIM for SSO.
Licensing & Vendor Management: Track Workspace licenses (Enterprise), renewals, MDM/VPN/security vendors.
MDM & Endpoint Security: Enforce policies (Intune/Google Endpoint), compliance, remote wipe, protection.
VPN & Network Configuration: Set up VPNs (Cloudflare/Tailscale),

Bonus Points:
Worked in FinTech to set IT infrastructure from scratch.
Good knowledge of EDR and SIEM
Data governance : DLP policy enforcement, data classification
Cost optimization w.r.t users and licencing.
